If your client or spam filter is not listed, try adding mandy@mandyboerma.com to your address book or contact list.

Still having trouble? Contact your ISP or spam filter provider and ask how to whitelist mandy@mandyboerma.com.

📧 Gmail

If you find an email from Mandy Boerma in your Gmail Spam folder:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Filter messages like this.
  4. Click the Create filter button.
  5. In the filter settings dialog:
    • ✅ Check: Never send it to Spam
    • ✅ Check: Always mark it as important
    • ✅ Check: Also apply filter to matching conversations
    • ✅ Check: Categorize as: Primary
  6. Click the blue Create filter button to save.

Afterward, mark the message as “Not spam” if Gmail continues flagging it incorrectly.

📱 Gmail App

If you’re using Gmail on mobile:

  1. Open the Gmail App.
  2. Find the email from Mandy Boerma.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu.
  4. Tap Change Labels.
  5. Select Inbox.
  6. Confirm with OK.

📥 Gmail Tabs (Promotions, etc.)

If the email landed under Promotions tab:

  1. Drag it to Primary tab.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to do this for future messages.

📩 Yahoo Mail

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click Not Spam on the top toolbar.
  3. Go to Settings > Filters > Add.
  4. Create filter for sender: mandy@mandyboerma.com.
  5. Set delivery to Inbox.

📬 iPhone Mail

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Navigate to Junk folder.
  3. Find the message from Mandy Boerma.
  4. Swipe left > Tap More > Tap Mark as Not Junk.

📱 Outlook App

  1. Open email from Mandy Boerma.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Move to Focused Inbox.
  4. Select Move this and future messages.

🖥️ Outlook Desktop

  1. Right-click the email.
  2. Hover over Junk.
  3. Select Never Block Sender.
  4. Open email > Right-click sender > Add to Contacts.

🌐 Outlook.com

  1. Find email in Junk folder.
  2. Click Wait, it’s safe link.
  3. Or manually add mandy@mandyboerma.com under Settings > Junk Email > Safe senders.

  1. Right-click email > Mark as Not spam.
  2. Open email > Show Details > Click Add Contact next to mandy@mandyboerma.com.
  3. Enable images if prompted.

  1. Open email.
  2. Click the Not Spam icon.
  3. Add sender to your address book.
  1. Check Suspect Email folder.
  2. Move email to Inbox and Add Contact.
  3. Manually add to address book.

  1. Open Norton settings > AntiSpam.
  2. Remove from Blocked List.
  3. Add to Allowed List: mandy@mandyboerma.com.

  1. Web & Email Protection > Anti-Spam.
  2. Add mandy@mandyboerma.com to Friends List.

🛡 Trend Micro

  1. Open Outlook > Spam folder.
  2. Approve sender: mandy@mandyboerma.com.
  3. Or lower filter strength under Anti-Spam settings.

🛑 Cloudmark

  1. Outlook > Cloudmark > Options.
  2. Add to Whitelist: mandy@mandyboerma.com.

📥 SaneBox

  1. Drag email from @SaneLater to Inbox.
  2. SaneBox will learn and deliver to Inbox from now on.

Ask server admin to add:
