When I’m not hanging out at my favorite coffee shop writing, I’m a busy mom. After meeting my very own Prince Charming, we started our own version of Happily Ever After. A few years into our journey found us living in the Florida Panhandle. Nothing compares to life at the beach. While those early days included romantic sunset walks with sand between my toes, days are now filled with sandcastles and swimming. My two little princesses keep me moving, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
With less time at the beach, my mom duties fill my days. You know them all— cooking, cleaning, chauffeuring, organizing, helping at school, dance mom, homework, etc. Because that’s not enough, I also teach piano, normally with coffee in hand.
And because my life is so enjoyable, I want all my friends, imaginary though they may be, to be equally blessed. Each of my stories includes faith, love and happy endings. But because I’m not perfect, (far from it!) neither are my characters, which often lands them in scrappy situations they have to rely on God to overcome.
If you want to change the world, pick up your pen and write.

I’d rather take coffee than compliments just now.
